Michael Wolff
Three Green Consulting
Michael Wolff brings over 16 years of experience across aviation, operations, training, aerospace, government, and strategic advisory.
As a U.S. Navy officer and Naval Aviator, Michael has worked in aviation training and maintenance, aircraft procurement, training-pipeline optimization, curriculum and courseware development, and jet-engine component efficiency. He has served as a Naval Aviator Instructor on the T-6 and E-6B platforms, including the E-6B Mercury "doomsday" plane, and worked with its nuclear command-and-control systems.
His experience extends beyond the military to political campaigns, government affairs, Flag Officer protocol, and international diplomatic outreach, providing experience working with senior leaders and complex organizations.

George Abuzeid
Three Green Consulting
George Abuzeid brings 22 years of experience across business, aviation, government, and strategic consulting, including experience as a business owner, consultant, and commercial airline captain.
As a former Naval Officer, he served as a lead pilot and mission commander on the E-6B Mercury, the Navy's nuclear command-and-control "doomsday" aircraft. He has also served as a Congressional Senior Advisor, Political Campaign Advisor, and Congressional Candidate, bringing experience in leadership, communications, and strategic decision-making.
Now an Airline Captain and Instructor Pilot, George combines practical business experience with leadership across commercial, government, and aviation environments to help organizations improve performance and execute effectively.
